<p>To correct this problem do the following,</p>
<ol>
<li>Open regedit</li>
<li>Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Borland\Database Engine</li>
<li>Double Click on CONFIGFILE01</li>
<li>Now insert the correct path for the configuration file, usually the path is found in the configuration folder  in the STB Detector home folder.  The file name is usually STB_DETECTOR.CFG</li>
